The Toy Museum of Catalonia guarantees accessibility and mobility throughout the building and provides visitors with a series of facilities and services to allow them to enjoy their visit as much as possible:The building is free of architectural barriers and the entrance is on ground level.

  • The lift buttons are marked in Braille, ensuring every visitor has access to every floor in the Museum.
  • The height of the display cases is adapted to guarantee full visibility for wheelchair users or visitors who are smaller in height.
  • The Museum has two wheelchairs available for use.
  • Accessible toilet facilities adapted to wheelchair users on the second floor.
  • Guide and service dogs allowed.
  • Baby changing facilities on the second floor.
  • Rest and seating areas on every floor of the building.
  • People with a certified disability pay reduced admission to the permanent exhibition.
  • We offer a cloakroom service on the ground floor for backpacks, bags, coats, etc. When it rains, the Museum supplies visitors with plastic bags for their umbrellas.
  • Our customer service and information staff are trained to support and advise visitors on the activities and services offered by the Museum and the best options for their visit.
